With an engaging set of public dashboards and a robust internal reporting hub, the platform has quickly become a go-to source of information for many. Featured prominently during advocacy days at the statehouse, 211 Illinois reporting supports local and regional leaders in making informed decisions. Internally, it has revolutionized reporting processes at member contact centers, saving hundreds of hours annually.

This design-forward dashboard seeks to guide users on a data-centered journey through the process 211 uses to help clients find resources and navigate crises. The data displayed is focused and simple, but an extra layer of analysis is available by hovering over many of the charts. The "More Dashboards" page offers some more detailed and focused reporting requested by community partners.
